Lance B. Phillips graduated from Texas Christian University with a Bachelor of Business Administration. He earned his Juris Doctor from University of Oklahoma and began to practice law September 1996.

Lance has been practicing law for the past twenty-seven years. He focuses on criminal law at both the state and federal level. He is an active member of the Oklahoma Bar Association as well as being licensed in all three Federal Districts in Oklahoma and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Abigail M. Patten graduated from the University of West Texas A&M with a Bachelor of Business Administration in General Business. She earned her Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University and began to practice law in April 2017.

Before joining Phillips Patten Law, Abigail spent 4 years as the Assistant Public Defender for the Oklahoma County Public Defender’s office. She focuses on the rights of minors and natural parents. She is an active member of the State Bar and is licensed to practice before all state courts throughout the State of Oklahoma.
